Samuel Flores

Samuel R. Flores of Uvalde passed away on December 14, 2012 at Main Methodist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 53. He was born on March 18, 1959 in Uvalde to Maria Ruiz Flores. He married Sulema Flores on August 12, 1989 in Uvalde. He is survived by his wife, Sulema Flores mother, Maria R. Flores daughters, Genesia Gonzales and husband Joe, Ysenia Luna and husband Alvino and Tesia Ann Flores son, Nathan Samuel Flores and fianc Liliana Pargas all of Uvalde brothers, Francisco R. Flores of Denver Colorado, Ismael Flores of Lafayette Colorado and Joe Ruiz of Uvalde grandchildren, Jonathan Isaiah Rubio, Karloz Samuel Castillo, Aislynn Victoria Luna, Kaleb Misael Castillo and Kaitlyn Vidalia Castillo and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pedro and Vidalia Ruiz aunt, Ninfa Ruiz and uncle, Juan C. Ruiz. A prayer service will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Templo Cristiano Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Raul Villareal, Juan Resendez, Jaime Cortez, Fidencio Rivera II, Fernando Rivera, Bobby Ruiz Sr., Richard Ruiz Sr., Benito Aguilera Sr., Ruben Ruiz Jr., Richard Ruiz Jr. Ramon Alcantar, Bobby Ruiz Jr., Juan Sanchez Jr., Fernando Rivera Jr., Alexander Ismael Flores and Jose Rene Ruiz Jr.
