San Alvarado

San Juana Alvarado of Del Rio passed away on July 8, 2009 in SWT Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 40. She was born on October 10, 1968 in Eagle Pass, Texas to Pedro and Andrea Alvarado. She is survived by her mother, Andrea Alvarado of Uvalde, Texas; one son; Joe Adrian Alvarado of Uvalde, Texas; three sisters; Maria Rendon, Marisol Alvarado, and Alma Garza all of Uvalde, Texas; two brothers; Luis Alvarado of Dallas, Texas; and Pedro Alvarado of Eagle Pass, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Pedro Alvarado Sr. A rosary will be held on Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 13, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Luis Alvarado Jr., Eliberto Rendon Jr., Bobby Barrera, Alejandro Garza, Eliberto Rendon, and Brandon Rendon.
