Stephen Diaz

Stephen A. Diaz of Sabinal passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2020 in Carrizo Spring at the age of 65.

Stephen was born on February 9, 1955 in San Antonio, Texas to Anthony A. and Loretta (Jacoby) Diaz.

Stephen is survived by his wife of 18 years Elois Moody Davis of Sabinal; son, Estaban A. Diaz of Brackettville; mother, Loretta Hunt of Vanderpool; two sisters, Cynthia Necaise of Pipe Creek, Texas and Patience Diaz of Medina, Texas; two brothers, Christopher Diaz of Vanderpool and Gilbert Hunt of San Antonio Texas; grandchild, Bentley Diaz of Brackettville; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony and brother, Gilbert Hunt Jr.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 11:00 am at ST. Mary’s Catholic Church in Vanderpool Texas. Internment will follow at Vanderpool Cemetery.
