Teofilo Victorio

Teofilo Victorio of Uvalde passed away on March 11, 2016 at his residence at the age of 63. He was born on February 6, 1953 in Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico to Pedro Victorio and Lorenza Sanchez Victorio. He married Maria Ana Gomez in Jimenez, Coahuila, Mexico. He is survived by his wife of 45 years; mother Lorenza Sanchez of Piedras Negras, Mexico; three daughters, Brenda Lee Lewallen and husband, Juan; Veronica Victorio; and Marissa Victorio, all of Uvalde; two sons, Pedro Victorio and Adrian Victorio, both of Uvalde; two sisters, Elena Riojas of Uvalde and Felipa Victorio of Piedras Negras, Mexico; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; a son, Aaron Victorio; and sister, Concepcion Victorio. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Pedro Victorio, John Sebastian Lewallen, Juan Ernesto Lewallen, Jr., Oscar Mario Riojas, Antonio Riojas, and Sergio Reyes.
