Teresa Reyes

Teresa Flores Reyes of Uvalde passed away on August 21, 2012 at her residence at the age of 101. She was born on January 26, 1911 in Uvalde to Pedro and Antonia Charles Flores. She married Fermin Reyes on July 26, 1929. She is survived by her children, Alejandro F. Reyes and wife Carmen, Jose F. Reyes and wife Estella, Miguel F. Reyes and wife Maria Lina all of Uvalde, Rev. Raul Reyes, O.C.D. of Oklahoma City, Nancy R. Garcia and husband Edmundo, Elisa Canales, Herlinda Zamora and husband Enrique all of Uvalde brother, Jesus Flores of Muleshoe, Texas, 21 grandchildren, 58 great grandchildren, 84 greatgreat grandchildren, 61 greatgreatgreat grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 grandchild, 2 great grandchildren and 4 greatgreatgreat grandchildren. Visitation will be held on August 22, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral mass will be held on August 22, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be held on August 23, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. at the Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Reymundo Morales, Rene Garcia, Joe Reyes, Miguel Reyes, Dennis Vela, and Danny Fermin Canales.
