Trinidad Aguirre

Trinidad Estrada Aguirre of Uvalde passed away on August 26, 2018 at his residence at the age of 96. He was born on October 9, 1921 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico to Juan Aguirre and Gumesinda Estrada. He married Anastacia Jalomo in Uvalde in 1945.
He is survived his daughters, San Juana Gutierrez and husband, Jesus Ibarra of Uvalde and Maria Salazar and husband, Noel of Dilley; brother, Antonio Aguirre of Uvalde; granddaughter, Ester Mesa of Del Rio; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; daughter, Yolanda Pichardo; sisters, Juana Lopez and Margarita Cortez, brothers, Cesario Aguirre, Alejandro Aguirre, and Miguel Aguirre, and stepson, Esteban Moreno.
A rosary will be held on Monday and Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Martinez, Jr., Matthew Ray Gutierrez, Diego Ovalle, Zachary Echavaria, Jr., Adrian "Dos" Martinez, Jr. Orlanda Bernal, Simon Pichardo, III, and Alexander James O'Donnell.
