Victoria Quesada

Mrs. Victoria G. Quesada of Uvalde passed away on May 25, 2008 in Uvalde at the age of 72. She was born on May 16, 1936 in Uvalde to Margarito and Juanita Gonzales. She is survived by companion Arnulfo Arredondo of Uvalde; daughter Joann Garcia of Uvalde, Tx.: step-daughters; Yolanda Placencia of Clewiston, Fl.; Bessie Alonzo of Raymore, Missouri; Brenda Lira of San Antonio, Tx.; Guadalupe Quesada of San Antonio, Tx.; Susie Blair of San Antonio, Tx.; two step-sons; Jesse Quesada of Clewiston, Fl.; Joe Quesada of Progresso, Tx.; two sisters; Amelia Baltezar of Lamesa, Tx.; Olivia Gonzales of Big Spring, Tx.; one brother Ernesto Gomez of Uvalde; aunt Carolina Gomez of Uvalde; two grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Quesada is preceded in death by her parents and husband Jesus V. Quesada. A Prayer service will be held on Monday and Tuesday night at 7:00 P.M. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at Templo Cristiano Church in Uvalde with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Reyes, Arnulfo Arredondo, Aniceto Estrada Sr., Cruz Baltazar Jr., Henry Baltazar, Luis Baltazar, Lupe Baltazar, and Tiodoro Baltazar.
