Virginia Schneemann

Virginia Schneemann of Leakey passed away on September 21, 2009 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 87. She was born on February 21, 1922 in Hondo, Texas to John and Catherine Walters. She married John William Schneemann on September 13, 1939 in San Antonio, Texas. She is survived by two daughters; Judy Marie Pendley of Leakey, Texas; and Evelyn Joyce Alexander of Harper, Texas; three sons; Hugh Schneemann and Harry Lawrence Schneemann both of Leakey, Texas; and John William Schneemann Jr., of San Antonio, Texas; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John William Schneemann; and one daughter, Patricia Ann Grove. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 24, 2009 in Leakey Cemetery. Pastor Mike Weaver will officiate.
