William Cecil Reagan, Jr., 89, of Uvalde died on May 30, 2024, at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas surrounded by his family.

He was born September 16, 1934, in Kenedy, Texas, to Eula Parsons Reagan and William Cecil Reagan, Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Ham Reagan, of Uvalde; one daughter, Sherry Castillo and husband Ray of Kerrville; one brother, Bob Reagan and wife Carolyn of Knippa; five grandchildren, Todd Reagan, Christine Sundell, Chad Reagan, Sarah Bowling and Cassidy Stetzel; twelve great-grandchildren, Joezlyn Reagan, Trinity Reagan, Jazelle Reagan, Emily Reagan, Eric Musquiz, Akira Musquiz, Madelyn Musquiz, Gabriella Reagan, Skye Bowling, Braxton Stetzel, Emma Stetzel and Griffin Stetzel; two great-great-grandchildren, William Reagan and Evelyn Evans; two step-sons, Dwayne Ham and Michael Ham; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, sister, Karolyn Carlisle, and son, Darrell Reagan.

WC graduated from Knippa High School in 1953 where he was a star athlete and excelled in many sports. He also attended Southwest Texas Junior College in Uvalde and Texas State University in San Marcos. His profession and life skills included a life of farming and ranching on the family ranch in Knippa, Texas.

He married Ann Ham in a church ceremony in February of 2000, following many years of close family relationships.

A Celebration of Life will be held June 8th at 11 a.m. at The Uvalde Methodist Church in Uvalde, Texas, and officiated by The Reverend Nathan Lafrenz of Knippa, Texas. Internment followed at Hillcrest Cemetery in Uvalde.

Pallbearers were John Reagan, Steve Stone, Rodney Lloyd, Ray Castillo, Dwayne Ham and Michael Ham.

Memorials may be made to El Progreso Library.
