Yolanda Chapa

Yolanda C. Chapa of Uvalde passed away in San Antonio on May 14, 2021 at the age of 70.  She was born on December 26, 1950 in Uvalde to Raul Cano Sr. and Guadalupe Arizmendi.

She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Martinez and husband, Phillip and Suzanne Chapa both of San Antonio; son Daniel F. Chapa Sr. and wife, Jessica of Uvalde; brother, John Jay Cano also of Uvalde; grandchildren, Phillip Chapa and wife, Alyssa, Daniel F. Chapa Jr., Anyza Chapa, Naomi Rivera; greatgrandchildren, Broden Chapa, Julianna Chapa, Olivia Chapa and Ayden Chapa and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Linda Basaldua and brother, Raul Cano Jr.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.

Cremation under direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
